Hi Alicia, it is good to see the progress you have made. March is National Nutrition Month and we have started a game that promotes great nutrition. It seems as though you took a break for a while. We can do this! :) This is my first dietbet so I am hopeful, yet nervous -- 10 pounds seems like a lot in 4 weeks when you hear 1-2 pounds per week is good, lol! how did you like your last challenge? I'm going to make a new playlist today and try to do the treadmill every day starting today...Not sure if morn or night yet. Lol! What's your exercise of choice?
