Im down an inch amd a half around the waist feom last week. We made a meal plan and stuck to it. We tried new healthier options like cabbage instead of spaghetti noodles and salmon instead of steak. A friend suggested non fat greek yogurt instead of sour cream to try next.

Work out. I spent so much time making meals and making sure i ate that i didnt have time to workout.
