I agree, depriving yourself makes me hate dieting. On WW the points are so crucial on sweets that I try to find something sweet to replace the urge. Right now peaches are in season and fantastic. Fruit seems to be my replacement. Pineapples, watermelon, etc. Love fruit.

I am back on WW. Hitting the bike and running. Got back to seeing results. YEAH!! Down 5 this week. Needed to "get back at it" after enjoying a bunch of time with family and friends these last couple of weeks.
