Whoop whoop! Ran 4 miles yesterday, 55 degrees. Felt good. Got needed result. Came in 1 lb under goal. Waiting for approval from DB.

I was in FL all last wk visiting my mother-in-law in the hospital. Good news was I was away from food most of the day and I drank plenty of fluids. The biggest help was being able to run in the morning before the hospital visits. I shed a little over 5 pounds in 8-9 days!! The next step is keeping the momentum going now that I'm home. BTW- she's recovering nicely.
