I made it to the gym!

I ate out a lot with a friend who was in town. I could’ve made a few healthier choices but overall satisfied!

I joined the local YMCA- I also only ate out once! No sbux in 12 days but ALMOST stopped yesterday.

I didn’t eat one time between Tuesday and Friday night. Saved $$$ and lost a bit
