What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I've recently suffered an injured MCL, so exercise is...not off the table, but fairly difficult. I have to be careful and focus on my upper body. Buff Shannon! Good craft beer is my weakness, and since a solid IPA is often 200 calories, I really need to cut back to meet my goals.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
This week I plan to avoid beer, perhaps except for movie night Monday night. I'd also like to have protein-filled breakfasts so I am not as inclined to snack through the morning.
