  • Good morning everyone. Oatmeal with half a spoon of vanilla almond butter and a splash of unsweetened almond milk. I’m so sore from yesterday’s 120 squats but I’m not going to stop.

  • So along with my healthy eating, i've decided to work on a healthy mindset. I've deleted my fitness Instagram account and my FB so I stop comparing myself to other people. Instead I use photos of myself (like this one) to be my own motivation to get back to where I used to be... 12 more pounds and I'll be there!

  • This is my third time needing to lose 80 or more pounds. (Thanks pregnancy, stress, and post partum depression) It took me four full workouts at the gym to start feeling even ok about this, but I am finally getting in a better mindset. I've done it twice, I can do it again!

  • Okay so this doesn't look like much but it's seriously delicious!! All it is literally 3 ingredients.
    1 scoop of protein powder (bowmars birthday cake)
    1tsp baking powder
    1 whole egg
    1tsp peanut butter

    Put it in the shaker cup and then the microwave for 40 seconds.
    Satisfied my craving and literally as little little to Almost no carbs for on your lower carb days. Uhmazing ??

  • Realization and Non-scale win alert!
    Yesterday was a bad day, I do keto but I started my day by eating a muffin and finished it by eating 2 slices of pizza, almost 3 slices but I was able to contain myself! I woke up today feeling like crap, I couldn’t get out of bed. I couldn’t believe how tired I was, and I went to bed at the regular time. I learned my lesson, back on keto today, no more complex carbs for me for a while!
    Now onto the non-scale win... went to the gym and the elliptical level that I did 10 lbs ago, felt too easy, so I increased it, and I did all 30 minutes in the new level. Very proud moment!

Way to go, Zoram! Way to use those carbs to increase your workout intensity, haha! Proud of you for not letting Wednesday slip you up for good. Also, isn't it crazy how gross (and tired) we feel after eating unhealthy food? I wish it felt as good as it tasted. Hahaha. Keep up the good work!
