Non-scale victory of the week!
it was a good week. 8 ate some food I’d prefer to avoid, but I made sure to get my workouts in. Consistency is key for me. In the past, I’d start a diet and establish a workout routine, but I never incorporated it consistently. Them days are long gone! I’m laser focused!
