We need to be in peak physical shape as a means of protecting and optimizing our physical and mental health and wellbeing.  Just know that this bet is a win win! There are 2 outcomes that are both fantastic. Either you invested $35 to refocus your energy off of politics and drama and more into a positive routine and community of supportive people. And lose some weight and learn better habits, insights and recipes through the process.

Good news / bad news:

I have been very busy at work and stressed and overworked this month.

Due to that my nutrition has been off and my workout lacking.

Good news (with the exception of this weigh in as it's my TOM) I haven't gained weight.

Bad news I haven't lost weight. I'm am counting this as a win though and looking at it from that outlook.

I know it's corny, but admitting it is half the battle. Mind over matter is the toughest part. I'm trying the mantra- the you 3 months from now will thank you! and mostly it pushes me. We all have bad days but try not to let them become bad weeks!
