Non-scale victory of the week!

Still logging all my food really well, happy to fit in treats without overindulging.

Doing more throughout the day during Michael's naps instead of being on my phone and watching movies

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My nutrition. I've been able to consistantly workout but I like my salty foods. Also staying motivated I'm always great at starting not so much at finishing.
