Non-scale victory of the week!
I was so tempted to stuff my face after a coworker harassed me in an email. As an emotional eater I was hurt and devastated. I went for a long walk and sat with a counsellor instead.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I think this week has been very good. I was sick so being on antibiotics has forced me to eat a few times I didn't want to.

My goal is to not let stress get to me, and to eat well.
