Going for a walk instead of napping or lounging on two separate days after parties. That took a lot of motivation!

Getting in lots of exercise and staying in calorie goal with one day exception.

Being under my calorie goal 6/7 days. (So of course my weight would go up!)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing really, I had a very engaged fitness and good nutrition week. Hopefully with more of the same, I'll get a woosh in weightless.
