Rejoined my kickboxing gym. Have already gone to 4 classes and feel so good and strong. I also seem to have more energy this week.

Started Kickboxing again. My form was much better than when I ended last time so I call that a victory that my body is still so flexible and powerful.

I should have played more attention to my eating. It got away from me. I will get it back.
