Non-scale victory of the week!

Due to the government shut down my husband and I are on financial lockdown therefore we did not eat out for any meals this week including snacks or fast food.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to start doing more exercise including my physical therapy exercises

This week I plan to do my physical therapy officially two times ( with therapist) but unofficially four additional days. I also want to start logging my food intake again since that has been lacking.
