Halfway point - woohoo! To avoid the self sabotage again, would you say your attitude is different at this point? You have learned a lot about new whole foods and what works for you - that should help!?! Remember how I say you have to change the story in your head? That includes the words you use. So instead of "I don't want to gain the weight back this time (of course you don't!) SAY I am NOT going to gain the weight back this time. I have a goals sheet I use in my practice I could send you - it starts with defining your priorities, breaking that into goals and then down into monthly goals which you can turn into actions. You have heard me say this before - you need to know your WHY! WHY is not gaining the weight back important to you? Like really dig into that. You CAN do this - you have proven it. Now it would be good to understand why you tend to self sabotage and work on your WHY and the goals. Want the sheet?

Re: not joining #6 - how long will you be gone I forget? I know you are in a transformer so you will still have some accountability. But I wouldn't not join just because you can't weigh out - staying in might help with your motivation but only you can decide that..... You could set your own personal goal - maybe it is to maintain for the month or maybe to only gain 2 pounds (given vacation) - whatever makes sense to you to allow you to relax and enjoy yourself without slipping into unhealthy patterns and a slippery slope (that can be hard to recover from).
