Hi Amy. Sorry to hear about your break-up. I just want to encourage you to be better to yourself than I was during a divorce. Just make yourself eat well and exercise even when you don't feel like it at all. Just go through the motions, and when you eventually are in better spirits, you'll be so happy to come out of it thinner rather than heavier. (Plus, if you ever run into your ex or anyone who knows them, and you're looking great, you'll be sooo happy that you stuck with your plan!)
