Resisting bread all week! I've had cravings for it. And that chocolate glazed doughnut at church yesterday:)

Non-scale victory of the week!

Still getting more active after surgery. Trying to get in a 2 mile walk every day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

As I am able to get out more, it is hard to stay away from carbs and creams when I eat at restaurants with my husband.
