Non-scale victory of the week!

It’s Girl Scout cookie season, and I managed to avoid falling into the temptation of their tasty treats!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a bit of a lazy food weekend, and could’ve eaten a bit more healthier.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

After cleaning out the fridge and pantry of unhealthy and tempting food, I hope to get back into eating more Keto friendly. I want to be sure to add more veggies to the mix, as well, as I spent most of 2017 hiding from them. I’m also hoping to slowly ramp up the intensity of my exercise, and add more variety to my physical activities. Currently, I have an under-desk elliptical, that I casually pedal each day at work. I’d like to strive towards upping the elliptical’s resistance over time, and start using a rower I have at home, as well as a recumbent bike, each which spent all of last year covered by clothes in my second bedroom. Once I get past starting to get those balls rolling, I’ll see what else I can add to keep me pushing forward. Good luck to everyone else. We can do this!!
