Thankfully, I made my goal! It took over 4 hours for verification. This month was a roller coaster ride. I lost and then gained and was about 4 lbs over my starting weight and then I lost again...whew! Need to stay in the zone for Round 2 because it’s going to be harder. No celebrating the win with food...that’s what got me here in the first place! 😂

So I was doing calorie counting 1300 Cals and I was feeling good other than feeling weak and shaky often... I checked my sugar and blood pressure and they were fine. I have pcos. I’m scared if I eat more calories than that I won’t lose weight. I lost .5 last week counting calories but also felt like crap often due to the weak and shakiness.

I don’t think 1300 is enough unless you’re about 130 lbs. underrating is the #1 reasons I see my clients fail.

  • Do you agree with this weight loss tip?  Don’t exercise when you start a diet.  The idea is twofold: 1. Cutting calories can cause fatigue and you may be too tired to workout. Which can also lead to giving up altogether. 2. At the beginning of your weight loss plan, you should focus on your diet because it matters more. Putting all your energy into healthy eating, you set yourself up for quicker results and staying motivated longer.  What do you think?

I agree! I get too overwhelmed trying to tackle both diet and exercise at once. I do light exercise like walking but mostly focus on the diet now because I wasn’t super active before. Later I’ll up my workout intensity so that I don’t hit a plateau.

I completely agree! If you try and do too much at once then you are setting yourself up for failure.

I have to say training my stomach to get used to not being full but just satisfied, is very hard. I’ve always eaten meals or snacks until I’m nice and full. I feel hungry a lot, I know that’ll ease up over time.

When I feel hungry I have noticed it's because I'm just sitting and bored. I didn't realize this until I was "starving" but out of available calories if I wanted to have dinner, lol. So I decided to jump on the bike for 30 minutes to burn enough for a good snack. When I was finished with the bike, I wasn't even hungry anymore. So now, if I am snacky I do 15-30 minutes of light exercise and if I am still hungry after I grab a guilt free snack. But, more often I am just not hungry after.
