I'm currently dealing with a nasty sinus issue (maybe my 2nd in 2.5 weeks, or maybe just a continuation), so I will be resting a LOT, drinking all of the fluids, and not snacking.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Being consistent with good eating habits. I still find myself giving in to my sweet tooth cravings (which is okay when done in moderation).
