Non-scale victory of the week!

Ran a few 5k, legs sore in a good way. Hopefully it makes up for my terrible eating this week this far

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating! Way too many snacks. My effort to reduce sugar went haywire because now I'm eating all the salt

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Struggle to balance family and work obligations to fit in diet and exercise. I already ear healthier than many friends so its challenge to push even harder but I'm not getting results
