What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Paddle boarding kicked my rear end but what a fun accomplishment. Last year I was almost sinking my board and could not stand. Now I am standing and paddling all over. Next I would like to try some yoga on it but I should probably master yoga on land first

Non-scale victory of the week!

Starting a new diet/ lifestyle change. Intermittent fasting 16:8... the first day was hard and I felt so weak but now things are getting better. I feel like my workouts are a little more productive as I do them after fasting for at least 12 hours. The heat has been an issue for my running. I was up to running 2 miles bit have found myself working my way back up to 1 1/2 miles. I wish I knew the reason for this but in the meantime I will just keep trying

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did well but my cravings were all over the place. I was able to avoid most of them. I just wish they weren't so strong and demanding. It made the better choices feel like a power struggle. It looks like it paid to let the cravings pass but it just seemed like there were more than usual I had to work through this week.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Drink more water and instead of packets for flavoring use real fruit and vegetables. Increase my 1.5 mile like run and return 1.5 mile walk to a 2 mile run and 2 mile walk. Also add Pilates in 1 time a week
