I did well but my cravings were all over the place. I was able to avoid most of them. I just wish they weren't so strong and demanding. It made the better choices feel like a power struggle. It looks like it paid to let the cravings pass but it just seemed like there were more than usual I had to work through this week.

Drink more water and instead of packets for flavoring use real fruit and vegetables. Increase my 1.5 mile like run and return 1.5 mile walk to a 2 mile run and 2 mile walk. Also add Pilates in 1 time a week
