- This is my first DietBet. Day 1 was good!! I did some meal prepping ahead of time and gathered my motivation and workout clothes to start working out again. I did a 25 minute core segment and 1.5 miles on the treadmill with incline at 5.0. I love reading all of your comments and I look forward to doing this challenge with all of you!
