Need help please sorry if the is weird to ask but anyone no of a good place to get sports bra for bigger chested women ?!? I am a 34 E and can’t find a sports bra that feels good :/ I don’t want a lot of padding :(

Enell bras are, by far, the best bra I have ever used for keeping the girls in line. I'm a DD and have used mine for years.
The SheFit bra looks great in the ads I have seen but I have never personally used one. But I can safely say Enell has never let me down (or up and down as the case may be).

  • My oldest son and I hiked twin falls Sunday, about 3miles round trip with lots of elevation gain and loss. I was expecting to be hurting the last two days, but I’m relieved not to be! His strides are twice the size of mine :)

I know this is a weird post .. but hey that’s why it’s here right . I lost 4 lbs then every time I start working out and strength training I gain weight which is discouraging but I’ll keep on it .. they say muscle weighs more than fat but does it? When does the strength training weight loss start ?

From my experience (not a medical professional, but I’m in school for nursing so I’ve got lots of anatomy under my belt) when muscles are worked they tear to become bigger, they retain water from the inflammation until they heal. Keep at it, the water weight will come off, and muscle tissue burns more calories just being there than fat ever will!
