Had a great week! Really controlled what I ate, and got out walking every day.

I need to focus on sleeping better. I tend to stay up later than I should.

I was motivated this morning. I started with a 2 mile bike ride, followed by a 1 mile walk.

Fewer sweets/carbs. That's my weak spot.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Like a lot of people, I've allowed the current crisis to weigh me down. It's time to lighten up. I need to stop the stress eating, and the boredom snacking, that arise from the lockdown.
