Non-scale victory of the week!
I started a healthy journey with my cousin as my health coach. She's giving me amazing recipes and being very supportive. I also started taking the stairs and working out more. I've been doing portion control and recording everything I eat!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have worked out harder, but the fact that I actually worked out to begin with is a great start.
