Identified that my biggest problem is not wanting to go back to work after lunch- so i keep eating so i don’t have too.

I could have done better at getting to bed on time and drinking. WATER.

Meal prepped for the the next TWO weeks, all i’ll need to do next week is to make some salads and oatmeal pots. Maybe finally getting my head on straight. Feels like it need constant adjustment.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Did well most days, figured out that lack of sleep and my period combine to make me say “fuck it”. I have a whole month till the next one, time to practice my commitment muscles.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Get to bed on time, make a PLAN for some small joy food on bad days so i don’t go off my rocker.
