Hmm. Hard to sum up this week quickly. My victory is that I didnt completely fall off the wagon. I want mediocre or even poor weeks to be fine, and to focus on the long haul

could’ve planned better. Had to take my scale on vacation, and just barely made weight. Would’ve been nice to not have to worry about it day one of a trip
