Closing in on the last week of this round of dietbets. I seem to be putting on some muscle in addition to losing fat now, so I think I might focus on that rather than scale weight for a bit. That means maybe not another round right away, which means I need to be vigilant that I don’t just fall off the wagon

So, life got busy. Gym and diet both lagged, kinda forgot i was in a round here. Wasnt horrible,but wasnt great either. I guess the victory is I didnt completly fall off the wagon, which I am prone to do

start getting an idea of how hard I have to push for the home stretch! This weigh in is right after a large meal so I’m actually closer. Keep it rollin, good slow and steady progress the last couple months!
