What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

motivation, accountability and staying focused. especially in the evening. I'm a munchery and a boredom eater. I'd really like to break these habits and just feel better overall.

my goal is to do 30 minutes 3 days a week amd not eat after 8pm. I'd also like to keep consistent writing down everything I eat. my goal is to write my daily food log everyday for this first week.
