Added spinach salads to menus

Less gas station impulse purchases. Got ice cream once and bag of chips another time,

No gas station treats. Portion control by getting smaller size if I make effort to walk into store and walk off the calories. Start using fitness pal diary

get dressed each day. incredibly difficult to get dressed each day. winter blues already?
