Non-scale victory of the week!
I can fit back into my “fat” clothes!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My husband was off work this weekend and apparently I took it as “permission” to not wirk-out or eat as well. I gained 4lbs that I had to work hard to get back off for weigh-in. Last week I was a full pound under this months goal, yet this morning I was just .4 under goal. Lesson learned that this is not temporary, and rather a lifestyle change.
