Non-scale victory of the week!

Went down finally after a week and a half stop. Went back to walking at work and maintaining my low calorie intake.

I think I should've rested a bit more. As I feel exhausted by 2pm.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Woohoo. Lost a few unwanted oz's. Very happy about that. Clothes are fitting loose. Extremely happy about that. Definitely doing a vlcd has helped.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think my body is finally off to a great start. Learning from last few weeks has helped me this week and the upcoming weeks.

Non-scale victory of the week!

It seemed like forever this week to loose a few oz's. I did not up my walks like I said I would due to cold weather and me feeling exhausted. I did overeat on Sunday (4pieces of pizza and cake) so I think that's what did me in. I took a few extra steps this week so that helped me out. I did drink tons of water.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I could've resisted temptation and instead of stuffing my face on Sunday went walking.

Definitely walk more and catch up on sleep. I do feel my body is wearing out.

Working out to much. I think I gained muscle I watched my calories except for today I ate a burrito.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Rested in between work out days. I worked out everyday. Pushing myself to my limits each day.
