I was on track most of the week with atong & exercise.

I ate less food, and i turned down some foods.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

in stead of doing green smoothie, I should have just change what and how much I eat. For example 4 oz of meat I’ve got more veggies down to a habit. My extra weight is also do to, too much bair added for my crochet style.

My husband was eating my favorites: fried chicken wings, chili dogs, & turkey sausage pizza! I politely took my green smoothie to another room. I put the food away and cleaned the kitchen without tasting any of it!

I need to get more exercise in.

complete the last 4 days of my green smoothie detox, and then ease into a lifestyle change of nutritarian. I’ve had enough of aches and pains due to eating improperly and over eating, and lastly yo-yo dieting only to gain weight back!

I e been tracking my food every week for 3 weeks whether it is something I should be eating or not, even when the quantity was more than I should have.

I actually weighed and had gained weight back and some because of what and how much I was eating. I’m down now, and the goal is to continue tracking and staying within my caloric alottment, along with exercise. I want to keep the scale heading in the right direction.

I went to a conference retreat. The menu was planned. So I didn’t have a lot of choices. Foods I new that were high calories, I gave away. Breakfast I had at the restaurant was healthy with fruit. That’s a 1st for me. I made throug without sabotaging my progress. I tracked everything I put in my mouth!
