  • I’m getting nervous about my ability to kick my 2 last stubborn pounds by the first official weigh in date. And I signed up and committed money for the entire set of rounds, so now I’m getting really nervous!

    If we miss our goal for this first round, are we still in? If I am still stuck at 2lbs over my goal for the first check in, do those 2lbs get added to the amount I need to lose in the next round or do all my goal weights get adjusted going forward to maintain the same % loss round to round?

    I have so many questions - that I’m hoping become irrelevant when I hit my goal!!! (I just like to know fully what’s on the line!)

For me fasting is good to get rid of. After one day of fasting I loose 1-2lbs... and drink a lot...
