aboslutely! only thing is it's not precise, because i just made the recipe up and i always just throw it togther as i go along:-aprox 2lbs of ground beef-1 tube of preseasoned italian sausage (pork or chicken) or 1 lb of ground pork or ground chicken (the pork sausage is not as healthy but it does enhance the flavor, if you dont use premade sausage youll want to add pepper and maybe fennel)- one whole onion finely chopped (by hand or in a chopper)-4-6 carrots, grated or chopped in a chopper-1 large zucchini grated-6-8 mushrooms grated-optional: 3/4 cup chopped dried cranberries or raisins (this does add a little sugar, but its not much because its spread throughout several servings and adds a nice taste to the meat when its cooked, i chop it finely). -3-4 eggs-garlic salt to taste-2 tsp celery seeds-salt to taste-I sautee the onions for a few minutes, then add in the carrots and sautee them a bit first because they wont cook enough in the oven to make them soft.-i try to eyeball all the veggies and make sure it is about the same amount as the meat, if not I will add more grated zucchini and mushrooms-combine all the veggies, meat, cranberries or raisins, with salt and seasonings and eggs -i always cook up a small amount in the pan to make sure the seasoning is right. if its too salty, ill throw in more veggies and/or ground meat. keep in mind the pan cooked version will be a little different than the baked meatballs because it cooks up faster in the pan.- i use an ice cre
