Non-scale victory of the week!

Well I lost a few lbs well a lb and a half.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week I have a great start! Worked out yesterday, ate better, and meal prepped a bit! Feeling positive!!!

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Food! I love to eat I know how to eat good but it’s just so hard. Before I used to be pretty thin and I had a job that was physical and I worked out a lot. But recently since getting older I’ve kind of got into a bad eating habits. I know what to eat how to eat how much to eat it’s just sticking with eating good that’s the hard thing.
