What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I keep on losing the same weight again and again. I have won all of my diet bets, and it is very helpful, but I also have had injuries and illnesses, recently, that have interfered with my ability to exercise the way I've been used to, which in turn has made losing weight/keeping it off more difficult.
