Long-term goal weight

175 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Everything? Between depression and my many physical ailments, it's hard. Toss in repeated failures over numerous years and I have zero confidence I'm even capable of real change. But it basically has to happen now or I'm staring disability and death in the face.
