I decided to focus on my habits and not weigh in so much through the days which helped with my anxiety!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

learn to trust the process and as long as I’m making healthy choices, it doesn’t matter how much I loose on a weekly basis. with time I’ll reach that larger goal!

skipped the alcohol, and I made cookies for my husband and didn’t have one!

Non-scale victory of the week!

although the scale is not budging my body feels stronger from all the workouts and I am being mindful of my food intake. May need to cut out some extras I’ve been enjoying to loose a pound this week happy because I can see my body changing!
