I decided to focus on my habits and not weigh in so much through the days which helped with my anxiety!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
learn to trust the process and as long as I’m making healthy choices, it doesn’t matter how much I loose on a weekly basis. with time I’ll reach that larger goal!
