I didn't eat a lot of sweets this past week. This is huge considering I eat sugar like people breathe. With Easter just passing, I made a small dinner. Ham, green bean casserole, and sweet potatoes. I had a small helping of the green beans, and the sweet potatoes didn't have anything added to them, (I like them that way anyways.)
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have moved more. My husband says I tend to fail because I try to do everything at once. I need to focus on getting my food under control, then add more exercise.
