I started Keto. I feel like crap right now, but the weight is flying off. I know it'll even out. Right now it's very motivating.

I hit 10k step everyday but one.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My food was iffy this week. I feel like I'm derailing a little. Sleep has been horrible.

I avoided sweets! I also worked out multiple times. I hit my STAIR goal of over 50 flights, plus my step goal.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like I'm on it this week. I could aways put a little more work in the gym.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I hit my 10,000 step goal for the first time in a year! I was on bed rest the last three months of my pregnancy, and I did a lot of sitting and nursing the first 6 months the twins were born. I'm finally moving again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My diet if defiantly iffy. If I can reign it in, I'd be making more progress.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't eat a lot of sweets this past week. This is huge considering I eat sugar like people breathe. With Easter just passing, I made a small dinner. Ham, green bean casserole, and sweet potatoes. I had a small helping of the green beans, and the sweet potatoes didn't have anything added to them, (I like them that way anyways.)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have moved more. My husband says I tend to fail because I try to do everything at once. I need to focus on getting my food under control, then add more exercise.

My menu is made, I need to grocery shop. I will do some type of movement with purpose at least 25 minutes a day.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I am addicted to sugar. I have not been able to resist eating sweets on a daily bases.
