No red wine since December 19th. Today I only have 2 corn tortillas with steak and no chips.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to stop dwelling in the past and stop rushing for the end results. Take it one day at a time.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

More cardio and enjoy the satisfaction that I just worked out and gave it my all.
