Had the courage to cut my hair for my surgery on Tuesday. Not totally comfortable with it, but my face will only get thinner! (I keep telling myself)

Despite high stress, driving by all fast food/comfort food places I would normally think of frequenting, even the corner store where bags of chips live.

Rough week w 3 hospital visits and a half day trying to get back to work: that I only slipped and ate the one bag of chips, one pop and not the whole chip isle and ice cream isle like I wanted to.
