I joined a kickstarter to help me get going back in a healthy direction. Here's my plan for the next 28 days:

~ Eat and drink only healthy things.

~ Do 1-3 healthy things each day that each take about 20 minutes or less.

~ First thing when I wake up: Decide on and post my daily plan on Dietbet for focus/accountability.

Day 1 -

1 - Drink cleansing water and tea.

2 - Make a super healthy smoothie for lunch.

3 - Go to bed 20 minutes earlier than I have been (been staying up way too late!).

It's just 28 days. I can do this! 👍

  • Only took 1 day off last month 💪???? I didn’t go hard everyday though some days were active recovery so a rest day but I’d do yoga and/or a light 2 mile walk. This month I feel like I need the week off which I think it’s important to listen to your body so yesterday I only did my April challenge which lasted less than 15min 50 sit-ups, 50 squats, 50 push-ups, :30 planks. Will keep that up for a few days then I’ll go hard again.

  • Just out of quarantine as I was in contact with a covid 19 patient at work. It's a mentally tough place to be. 2 Nasal Swabs, a slight nose bleed and I'm free.
    Weight, on the other hand really dropped with quarantine food 😀

I have to admit that the pandemic has been good for my weight loss, because I buy and make all my own food and reduce the temptations of hopping in the car and going out for an unhealthy meal!

Wow I wrote a whole novel lol and only the first line got posted but long story short it’s an emotional time for me but also the family treats it like thanksgiving and with my mom gone I’m boss lady (with my sisters too) so hopefully I can indulge without overdoing it

Working hard to reach a Kickstarter goal has meant that the goal in this round has been locked up for a while. Still intend to keep pushing though!


Not sure- wont weigh in until 4/1 - i am just getting back from Florida and was not as good as I intended to be - mostly with fufu drinks. UGH - I feel big :worried: my goal of 131 this month may be too steep- although I was there earlier this month. Oh well- what will be will be this round- not letting that happen again.

  • Eek. Got my nom noms. Haha. I'm not a fan of marshmallows but I do like churro. So I got these. Freaking good! My kids nabbed half of it. And they approve. Haha. I wished I grabbed a couple boxes. These are low carb, low calorie and high in protein. They are sadly a little pricey. I don't drink coffee so I spend that normal coffee $ on these. Lol.
