Well said. To build healthy habits for a lifetime, you need to be able to live with them. I think a lot of people fall down because they are just way too restrictive. It works great for a week or two, but when they submit to their cravings (which they always do) it's the end of the world (and the diet) and they go back to their old ways.

I'm done with the yoyo dieting too I'm getting too old for that (48). My goal is take off weight each month whether it's 2 pounds or 8 pounds. It will add up over time.
