I've made the weight for the past THREE days. I overindulged (I know, stupid) yesterday, and now I'm precisely ONE POUND over goal.

That's it; it looks like I'm fasting today. I hate to fast to meet my goal, but I didn't come this far not to hit my goal tomorrow.

Good luck! I met goal weight 2nd week. Had a piece of sons pizza sat night..forgetting how much sodium it had. Ive been peeing out the 6 LBS of water gain. Hoping i get rid of last 3 over next 2 days!

As the end is near,I checked my weight today just to see if there's any chance I'll make it and...... I'm .1 lower than I needed! So woohooo, I hope it stays like that ! I'm excited this was an awesome first game I'm glad I got to try it after hearing about it for years! It gave me great motivation to keep going when I needed it. Definitely with the very small losses at the beginning.

It happens. I also won’t win this one. I honestly forgot that I joined until maybe a week ago. I haven’t gained any, but I’ll most likely be less than a pound under my start weight when I check in the morning. We learn and keep going.

I’m still like 5lbs away. Been retaining so much fluid. I have stomach issues & it’s been taking its toll. But I’m trying to drink all the water I can & hopefully do nothing but protein shakes to give my belly a rest.

@ash what water pill do you use?

I take collagen, magnesium capsules, kombucha, and even miralax every other day. My intestines are just terrible so I always retain. It’s awful.

Tip: if you make a mistake just track it and move on. Don’t sit and stress about it forever, when thinking about long term, you’re one extra snack/meal or whatever it was doesn’t even matter!

Slow and steady repetition, be in it for the process and feeling healthier not the end goal. Pay attention to your macros ( i use an app). Its a marathon not a sprint.

After fluctuating in the 210-220 range for over a year, I’m finally in ONEderland and .5 lb from this DietBet’s goal weight! I went back to basics by measuring food, counting calories, stopping mindless eating, tracking water intake, and adding an afternoon walk with the kiddos.

Well I am pretty sure I am just donating to the pot this go around. I was 44% towards my goal after the first week and then things have just gone to shit. Lol. I am hovering around my start weight if not more thx to stress, cravings and hormones. So I will keep trying my best for this go, but may have to try again once I get my head in the game more, or get disciplined enough to stay the course.
