Non-scale victory of the week!

Got back on the horse, so to speak. I had four days off, so I put on 8 pounds. And I managed to start again on Monday, and I've dropped most of that in the last couple days. So I'm proud of myself for getting back into doing Keto.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well obviously, I shouldn't have gone off plan. But I took a long trip to Idaho, and visited family, and it was more than I felt like keeping track of my diet at that point.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Keep with the Keto. Plan out my meals. I would say exercise, but I know I'm not going to start yet. So mainly I'm just keeping with the diet.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been doing very well with my keto diet. I have been extremely faithful with the intermittent fasting. Since I started doing keto, I also started doing intermittent fasting. I only eat between the hours of noon and 8 p.m. I don't eat after 8 p.m. and I don't eat before noon. I think that is helping me stick to my diet. I have been trying to get more sleep. Last night I succeeded. I did get 8 hours. That's always going to be a tough one for me, because I have a tendency to stay up too late. Unfortunately I am getting sick now. I have a sore throat. And I feel a little bit run down. Hopefully it won't last long. I want to join another dietbet. It's very good motivation for me to stick with my diet. And everything helps.

It would be a good idea for me to start walking.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking with my diet. I've started doing keto a week ago, and doing well so far. I need this incentive to stick with it long term.
