Non-scale victory of the week!
Got back on the horse, so to speak. I had four days off, so I put on 8 pounds. And I managed to start again on Monday, and I've dropped most of that in the last couple days. So I'm proud of myself for getting back into doing Keto.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Well obviously, I shouldn't have gone off plan. But I took a long trip to Idaho, and visited family, and it was more than I felt like keeping track of my diet at that point.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Keep with the Keto. Plan out my meals. I would say exercise, but I know I'm not going to start yet. So mainly I'm just keeping with the diet.
