I feel stronger. Noticed my leg muscles are looking straight swole.

Idk. I feel pretty good. I haven’t been tracking, but I’ve been consistently losing, so I consider that a win.

I didn’t go crazy food-wise even though I had a day trip and started my period.

Barry scraped in under my goal weight for the month (thanks period bloat). But I will have to be much better this month. I slacked too much and maintained more than I lost once I originally hit my goal weight. Can’t do that this time as we are going on vacay the week before the next weigh in.

Rough two weeks. I’ve majorly plateaued. Will have to start tracking more. So my goal moving forward will be to track and decrease inflammatory foods.
