Running out of ideas?!

Continuing my 28 daily habits that directly or indirectly impact my overall health.

Day 10: watch a YouTube vid on nutrition or fitness
Day 9: use massage gun for 15 mins on sore muscles
Day 8: Avoid alcohol
Day 7: Weigh in every morning before eating
Day 6: Electrolyte drink with exercise
Day 5: Read for 20 mins a day
Day 4: 50 grams of protein within 30 mins of waking up.
Day 3: Elevated heart rate for 30 mins or more.
Day 2: Consistent sleep: Bed at ten and in it for at least 7 hours
Day 1: Drink half my body weight in ounces of water.

Looking for advice on how people are able to get the reading on the scale AND their full body, including face in the photo. My weigh-in was rejected because the full body photo didn’t show a scale reading but I’ve never been told this before :-)

  • Morning guys. Like i said yesterday I can't win this bet (would med to lose 16lb+) but I promised I'd keep showing up and I'll let you guys know how much of that 16 I manage to get off!
    I hit the gym hard today and now I'm out with my dogs. I've got the full day planned out and tracked and I'm ready to be getting stuff done!
    Also my new trail running trainers arrived!

Good morning friends! Happy Valentine’s Day! Very frustrated here! I did great in January. From when I started a few days prior to dietbet to end lost about 13lbs. This month, nothing. Ive had covid the last week. Finally negative. But I was still eating high protein, low carb, low fat. Low sodium. Drank my water.
I haven't added any exercise yet as both my knees need replacing. I do want to try something low impact like just walking around my property.
As far as food. I'm thinking I need to change it up. Any suggestions on what is working for you?? I'm so determined to lose 100lbs more!!!

I can't think of a more wholesome way to eat than Mediterranean.

Maybe try adding in a serving of healthy fats? Sometimes you need to switch things up when you plateau.
