Non-scale victory of the week!

It was really warm this past weekend and I worked out in the yard for over 5 hrs. I doubled my step goal and while it hurt a little it was well worth it!

Planning my meals rather than just eating whatever and whenever I was hungry.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I'm recovering from a foot surgery so relearning how to walk is a challenge that I'm hoping this DietBet will motivate me to push a little harder each day
