I didn’t go hog wild on vacation!!!! i still did my runs and watched what I ate.

have been having bad poison ivy so ended up on prednisone and boy does that make you gain weight even if you exercise! wowza. had noticed the weight gain in my clothing fit since my last diet bet, but was shocked to see I had gained it all back. clearly I need to do a better job to tracking my food intake and exercise calorie excesses.

I was so discouraged that I cochlear not dip to 144 or below, it was like that 1/2 pound said nope… not gonna happen. I tried more exercise, I tried less food, made no difference for the last month. I was getting mad. I asked for advice and it was suggest that I try no carbs one day and carbs the next and then try a 20 hour fast. So I did and bam, the last 1/2 pound came right off!!! the shirt I wore for today’s weigh in was the same one from Jan 1st when it was skin tight, now it is loose!!! love it!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m really upset with myself. I did a 6 month bet and did great. Wvwn has to weigh in while on vacation TWICE. Then when it was over I let myself go. For 2 1/2 weeks and gained over 10 pounds. I’m so angry with myself for thinking it would be different this time.
