Non-scale victory of the week!

Exercised more—— I even walked the Long halls of a hotel trying to get more steps. This was after I walked outside and on the hotel’s treadmill.

Tracked—- very disappointed that I didn’t.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went on treadmill EVERYday —- NOT just 3 days!!! I could tell the difference with my energy level- in a good way!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

A couple food choices should have been a fruit or veggie—- but did not indulge.

Need to keep on making good / healthy choices. Will be going to Hilton Head for a conference and need to be strong about my eating choices and will take time to walk on the beach, walk around hotel, & walk on treadmill!!!!

Meal prepped on Sunday which helped with any temptations

Exercised- Tonight I went on treadmill for 25 minutes and it was easy, especially since it’s been a LONG time since I set foot on the treadmill.

Still trying to get over effects of flu—- weakness won’t let me do much of anything & I have chooses foods for my diet—- even thought appetite has changed.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went back to work after Winter Break and faculty meeting started out with awesome looking AND smelling doughnuts——- did NOT flinch in grabbing one! So proud of myself for that choice and many other healthy choices I made so I can get healthier.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercised more—- grading papers, etc took my time. This week should be better with exercise.
