Went back to work after Winter Break and faculty meeting started out with awesome looking AND smelling doughnuts——- did NOT flinch in grabbing one! So proud of myself for that choice and many other healthy choices I made so I can get healthier.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Exercised more—- grading papers, etc took my time. This week should be better with exercise.
